SeminarAccounting and e-Commerce Support and Training Services are offered to our customers either on a contract all-inclusive basis or on a "time and materials" basis whereby support is billed hourly.  Contractual customers receive priority service with a guaranteed 2 hour response time.  Most support is done remotely via our customized client support software, however in the event we need to visit, we will travel to the customer site and resolve any issues. Support typically involves some or all of the following:

  • Providing technical support to a wide range of users including accounting or IT individuals.
  • Answering all software procedural and "how-to" questions.
  • Upgrading software to the latest releases or installing updates to current releases.
  • Advise on setting up Accounting systems.

Training and Project Work may include:

  • Training users in use of accounting systems.
  • Developing documentation, including user guides .
  • Supervising staff.
  • Undertaking project work.
  • Data conversion and uploading.
  • Writing customized program code
  • Introducing new technologies in server and infrastructure areas.
  • Planning and implementing future developments.
  • Advising on networking issues.
  • Managing an organization's external communications with its clients and suppliers.
  • Integrated EDI Services with vendors.

Ecommerce Support:

  • Managing existing  websites and keeping integrated systems running.
  • Revision of existing website to keep up to date
  • Creation of new Dramatic Web Sites.
  • Search Engine submission.
  • Troubleshooting
