Support is offered to our
customers either on a contract all-inclusive
basis or on a "time and materials" basis whereby
support is billed hourly. Contractual
customers receive priority service with a guaranteed
2 hour response time. Most support is done
remotely via our customized client support
software, however in the event we need to visit, we will travel to the customer site
and resolve any issues. Call us for a discounted

Support
