Stephen E. Kirby - Founder, President, Chief Operations

Mr. Kirby, a practicing CPA, is the president
of Ledger Systems, Inc., the California-based computer
systems integrator and accounting software developer.
Ledger Systems’ software development division that was spun-off
to create Trinity Realtime, Inc. in 2003. Ledger Systems
is a successful 23-year old company that provides networking
installation and ISP services to a wide range of business
customers. As an independent Internet Service Provider (ISP),
Ledger currently provides web hosting, email and web development
services to a host of corporate accounts. Mr. Kirby also
developed a broad customer base for various
transaction-processing related products, including point-of-sale
and eCommerce. Mr. Kirby is also a partner in Wright,
Kirby & Co., a California Certified Public Accounting firm.
Mr. Kirby has an extensive background in all areas of corporate
accounting.

Richard S. Wright - Founder, Chairman, Chief Executive

Mr. Wright, CPA, is the
Managing Partner of Wright, Kirby & Co., CPA’s and Chief
Executive Officer of Ledger Systems, Inc. He served as an
executive for Planet Polymer Technologies, Inc. for four years,
from its inception as a concept company to its initial public
offering on the NASDAQ exchange. Mr. Wright is considered
an expert in Business
Valuation and in the financial structuring of companies.
Mr. Wright has extensive experience in evaluating and managing
start-up projects. He is also a frequent expert witness in
litigation and arbitration cases. Mr. Wright received his
Masters of Valuation Science degree from Lindenwood University.
He is a Certified Public Account licensed to practice in
California.

Curtis Olliff - Director of Engineering

Mr. Olliff is the Vice
President of Engineering for Ledger Systems, Inc. Formerly, Mr.
Olliff was Director of Information Technology for the County of
Alameda, Ambulatory Care Services. Mr. Olliff specializes in the
integration of leading technology with existing legacy systems.
Mr. Olliff’s formal training in Computer Engineering was
received from San Jose State University. He is an accomplished
programmer in 7 different computer languages and 10 separate
operating systems. He is an expert in network design and
structuring and has extensive experience installing large-scale
LAN’s and WAN’s with Internet connectivity. Mr. Olliff is also
fluent in English, French and Russian.

Rick Hoelle - Director of Programming Services

Mr. Hoelle (pronounced “Holly”)
was formerly the founder and President of i-Soft, LLC, an
eCommerce software firm located in Richmond, Virginia. That
company successfully developed and marketed several
state-of-the-art eCommerce software products, including
QuickStoreTM, a market leader among all Internet “shopping
carts” with over 2,700 installations worldwide. Mr. Hoelle has
managed the design and development of a new and faster server
engine, administration server tools, an end-user development
toolkit and numerous add-on enhancement products. Previously,
Mr. Hoelle was Quality Control Manager specializing in training
on F-15, F-18 and Stealth Bomber control systems for General
Electric Corporation. He also served as Network Administrator
and designer and developer for technical training programs for
Raymond Corporation’s electronic control systems.

Chris Monser - Systems Manager

Mr. Monser started in the
computer field as a Programmer in Fortran, PL/I, RPG, & COBOL.
With the advent of the Macintosh and the desktop
publishing revolution that followed, he began managing the DTP
departments at a SF Bay Area chain of copy centers, working with
Windows PCs and Macs printing to laser printers, high-end
photo-typsetting printers and printing plate color separations.
From there he went to The Printer Works in Hayward, a company
specializing in laser printer parts and refurbishing. He worked
in various capacities as Technical Support Manager, Webmaster,
and Network Manager. There he designed and implemented a mixed
Unix and Windows network and maintained the telephone system. As
a Systems Manager at Ledger Systems, Mr. Monser continues the
design & configuration of networks and servers including
installation, maintenance, and remote monitoring, always keeping
the quality of the customer experience in mind
