Our Network engineers work for a variety of
clients in the private and public sectors,
sometimes working as part of an in-house
technical support team, sometimes as the sole
technical support. Network engineers are
responsible for ensuring the smooth running of
the networking processes in an organization -
implementing, managing and troubleshooting
existing network and system environments, and
supporting a variety of hardware. They ensure
that the performance and availability of the
server and network infrastructure is maintained
to the highest standards in order that maximum
productivity is achieved. We support users by a
variety of methods, and provide technical
expertise to users by verbal or written means.
Engineers also are responsible for the
implementation, installation and configuration
of systems, and the administration and support
of those systems. In larger organizations, they
connect offices and individual users at remote
locations to the corporate network.
Tasks typically involve some or all of the
